Partnership with Universities

Our cooperation with universities began with Bahçeşehir University. This partnership is based on the CO-OP program which integrates education and work life and is implemented by the education designer Bahçeşehir University. “Cooperative Education” implemented extensively in overseas countries was taken as an example. This is an education model where business training is given at the university, and applied training at the workplace. Applied development courses with the CO-OP code are professional business training courses developed and tutored by partner organizations. Students register in these courses in the category of elective credit courses and receive a certificate at the end of the course. We, as a CO-OP partner, tutor an elective course of 3 credits under the “Garanti BBVA Factoring” title.

Under this project, students of Bahçeşehir University will be able to get training at Garanti BBVA Factoring; and our employees will get the chance to participate in this course at the university within the available quotas.
